At White Ash Reserve, we are committed to delivering your premium hemp products swiftly, safely, and compliantly. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, costs, and disclaimers.
📦 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- USPS Priority Mail (2–4 business days)
Note: Actual delivery time may vary depending on location, weather, and USPS conditions.
🕓 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Orders placed after 2 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Business Days are Monday Through Friday.
📍 Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- We do not ship to the following states that have local regulations on THCa/hemp: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island. We do not ship vapes to Texas.
🚨 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

📦 Discreet & Compliant Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, smell-proof, and Farm Bill–compliant packaging. We include legal documentation verifying compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Tracking can take up to 24-48 hours to activate after dispatch.
