3. Products and Legal Compliance
All products sold by White Ash Reserve are derived from hemp and are intended to comply with applicable federal law, including the 2018 Farm Bill, containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis where required by law.
It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your local and state laws before placing an order. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders to jurisdictions where possession, purchase, or shipment may be restricted or prohibited.
4. Product Use Disclaimer
Our products are intended for lawful use only. White Ash Reserve makes no guarantees regarding individual results, effects, or experiences.
Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
5. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, product or inventory errors, payment issues, or pricing mistakes.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title for the items pass to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law. White Ash Reserve is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery failures, lost packages, theft, or damage occurring after carrier acceptance.
Heat-Sensitive Products and Cold Pack Protection
Certain products may be sensitive to heat and environmental conditions during transit. Customers may have the option to add Cold Pack Protection at checkout. This service may include insulated packaging and cooling materials.
If Cold Pack Protection is declined, the customer accepts the risks associated with heat exposure during transit, including but not limited to changes in texture, consistency, appearance, or terpene profile. White Ash Reserve is not responsible for heat-related product changes when Cold Pack Protection is not selected.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
We may review claims for orders that arrive damaged or contain incorrect items. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photo evidence of the package, shipping label, and product condition.
We reserve the right to deny claims that are incomplete, untimely, or unsupported.
8. Pricing and Website Errors
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or pricing mistakes at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. In such cases, we may cancel the order and issue a refund if payment has already been processed.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, graphics, images, text, product descriptions, and layout, is the property of White Ash Reserve or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Ash Reserve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website, the purchase or use of our products, shipping issues, environmental exposure during transit, or any inability to use our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
