Why Are Strains Different in Price?
We hand‑price every strain based on two things: what our farmers charge and the flower’s quality. That way, instead of using a one‑size‑fits‑all markup that might overcharge you, each price reflects our true cost plus the grade of the harvest, so you always get the best value for the finest product.
What is the “Pack In a Jar” option?
For an extra $1.50 per item, we’ll hand‑pack your flower in our custom White Ash Reserve glass jar. This is perfect for those who prefer reusable packaging/storage. All Reserve Batch Flower comes in Glass jars already.
How do I reserve stock for my cart?
When you add a weight tier (3.5g, 7g, etc.) to your cart, our Atomic Locking system holds that inventory for 20 minutes to prevent overselling. If you abandon or clear your cart, stock is released instantly for other customers.
How is shipping calculated?
- Free shipping on all orders over $100.
- A flat fee of $7.99 per order under that amount for priority shipping.
Returns Policy
We do not offer returns, but if your package is lost by USPS, damaged jars, or seized, we will reship or offer store credit for the amount paid + shipping. We will look at case by case on refunds for claimed empty boxes, but we will require photo or video evidence, so people do not take advantage.
